Tempe Is Back!

After months of rebuilding, fresh equipment, and a whole lot of love, our Tempe location is warming up the grills once again.
In October 2024, an unexpected kitchen fire forced us to temporarily close our Tempe doors. But the Gebran family doesn't quit. We've used this time to:
- Upgrade the kitchen with brand-new cooklines and equipment
- Restock the walk-in with fresh local produce
- Train the next generation - Chef Mario has been working alongside his son, passing on the family legacy
The Comeback Story
For nearly 40 years, U.S. Egg has been a neighborhood original. Three generations of the Gebran family have poured their hearts into every plate. When the fire happened, we knew we had to come back stronger.
Our own Carmine has been working alongside our team to ensure every piece of equipment is running egg-cellent. The bright blue booths are polished. The coffee is brewing. The griddles are hot.
