The Gebran Family Legacy
Since 1986, the Gebran family has been serving award-winning breakfast and lunch with passion, commitment to quality ingredients, and dedication to our Arizona community.

A Family Tradition of Excellence
Our story begins with Oscar Gebran, who immigrated from Lebanon to the United States in search of new opportunities. With determination and a strong work ethic, Oscar brought authentic Middle Eastern flavors to Arizona, opening his first restaurant in 1981.
In 1986, he launched the first U.S. Egg Restaurant location—a dream realized through perseverance and a commitment to quality that continues to define our brand today. What started as a small family breakfast spot has grown into a beloved Arizona with six locations across the Valley.

Today, our second and third generations of the extended Gebran family continue Oscar's legacy, preserving our traditional recipes while innovating to meet our customers' evolving tastes.

U.S. Egg is Born
The first U.S. Egg Restaurant opens its doors, offering fresh, homemade breakfast and lunch to the Tempe area community.

Family Expansion
Gebran, Mike, George,and Mario join the family business, bringing fresh ideas while maintaining the traditions and values that made U.S. Egg successful.

Protein Pancakes Innovation
Our now-famous Protein Pancakes were developed, and quickly became a signature dish that attracts customers from all over the Valley.

Valley-Wide Growth
U.S. Egg expands to six locations across the Valley, becoming a breakfast favorite known for quality and consistency.
