Our Scottsdale breakfast and lunch restaurant is centrally located to Scottsdale Stadium, Phoenix Muni and the new home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies spring training facility Salt River Fields at Talking Stick.

Breakfast and baseball has been staple for the U.S. Egg Scottsdale since we opened in 2004. Serving up great Protein Pancakes and hearty omelettes before a game has become a March tradition for us. With the addition of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies mix in the World Series Champion San Francisco Giants this is shaping up to be the biggest Spring Training Scottsdale has ever seen!


We are providing driving directions to each of the three Spring Training facilities from our Scottsdale breakfast and lunch location.
